Excellent Time to Get Sick

Absolutely perfect day weather-wise here in Boston.

It was bad enough that I had a ton of work to do, and had planned to spend the day at my kitchen table plugging away.

It's worse that I have been tied down with a 100.7 degree fever for much of the morning and afternoon, and instead spent the day napping on the couch.

It's one of those fatigue / sore throat / achy colds for now. No coughs or sneezes yet, but these things often move through a few phases.

Grrr.

At least I took a shower and got dressed!

Time for medicine! You probably should take either Tylenol or ibuprofen, those will help your fever, sore throat and body ache. Get more bed resting for your fatigue, and don't forget to drink plenty of fluid (excluding alcohol), and lastly make sure you have nutritional food intake. People tend to loss appetite when they don't feel well, your body need fuel and energy to fight off whatever you got! Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks for the tips! I have been popping Advil and some Day/Ny Quil (NyQuil at 4am, Day Quil throughout the day, but the next dose will be the NyQuil version).

If this lasts a few more days, I'm going to run to the store to stock up. I have some vitamin water here, and plenty of food. And yes, I didn't eat much all day, but finally scarfed when I realized I was actually hungry!!
